We strive to reply to all email and messages as soon as possible – generally this is within 2-8 business hours. Sometimes due to a high volume of messages there can be a delay. We operate Monday to Friday 9am–5pm in both EST (Toronto) and PST (Vancouver). General inquiry emails are responded to during business hours 6am–5pm PST.
