Our exclusive shipping providers are UPS and Canada Post, however you can arrange for an external courier to pick up an order on your behalf. Pick-up from your courier is available at any one of our locations.
When you place your order, select pick-up for the office you would like to arrange your courier to pick up from. After you receive the confirmation that all the orders are ready for pick up, you can organise your courier to pick-up.
To perform the pick-up, the courier will need to provide the following information:
- Order number/s for your order/s they are collecting; and
- Company name that was used to place the order/s
(or phone number, full name or email address for confirmation)
Failure to provide these details may mean the pick-up cannot be made or will be delayed. We also suggest you contact us in advance to authorise the courier company to perform pick-up on your order. We will try to accommodate special requests for couriers but we cannot guarantee requirements will be fulfilled. Jukebox Print will not be held responsible for external courier pick-up (such as scheduling, organisation, waiting times, fees, completing bill of lading / way bill etc.) or damage during shipment for these types of pick-up.
