It is imperative that you receive notifications about your print order via email so this is an important issue to resolve immediately. If you have not received these email alerts, there are several possible causes:
Spam / Junk Folder
Please check your email Spam/Junk folder. Sometimes our emails land in this folder, so make sure you check that they are not being filtered.
Adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your email address book or safe list should ensure this does not occur.
Incorrect Email Address
You may have provided an incorrect email address – please check your Account Settings (in Account Center) and confirm the email address you provided is correct.
If you cannot log into your account due to an incorrect email address, call our Customer Service line.
If neither of these issues have resolved the issue, please contact our Customer Service team for further investigation.
