What is the difference between Full Colour T-Shirts and Screen Printed T-Shirts?

These are two different print methods for T-Shirts that we can offer, each with its own advantages.

Full Colour Printed T-Shirts

  • Regular full colour digital print method
  • Designs can be produced in CMYK plus white
  • Less consistent for solid ink coverage and inks do not last as long
  • No limit to the number of colours on each side
  • Suitable for photographic designs
  • Vector artwork is not required
  • No minimum quantity
  • Faster production time (~3-5 business days)
  • Printed on premium grade Cotton Jersey T-Shirts

 

 Screen Printed T-Shirts
  • Premium print method
  • Can produce designs in CMYK and Pantone Colours, plus some specialty (neon and metallic) colours.
  • Higher quality inks with more solid consistency, produces finer details and is longer lasting.
  • Designs are limited to only 1-3 colours including both front and back.
  • Not suitable for photographic designs
  • Vector artwork recommended
  • Minimum quantity of 10 T-Shirts per design
  • Slower production time (~6-8 business days)
  • Printed on premium grade Cotton Jersey T-Shirts
  • Can only be ordered via Custom Print Request
