The standard Mini Business Cards we offer are:

We can produce smaller sizes through our die cut service and via a custom order. If you are interested in this option, please Request a Quote and a member of our Print Estimations team will provide you with a quote. Please ensure to provide the exact size you want, as well at the stock and coating. You may also upload your print-ready files for our reference.
If you are looking for a size that is in between the ones we have available, you may place the order for the larger size. For example, if you are interested in 3" x 1.5" business cards - choose 3.5" x 1.5" from the Pricing calculator and make sure to upload print-ready files for the finished size you need (3" x 1.5"). Also, please ensure to include a comment in the File Upload stage regarding the required finished size.
