When designing your sticker sheet, it's important to know the size limitations to ensure your stickers turn out just the way you want them. The smallest sticker size we can cut on a sticker sheet is 5mm (about 0.2 inches). This size is ideal for tiny designs or intricate details, but anything smaller may not be feasible or might lose its impact.
Keep It Simple
The smaller the sticker, the more we encourage using simple shapes like circles or squares. Intricate shapes can be difficult to produce at this size and may be challenging to peel off the backing.
