Sticker orders generally have a 1 business day turnaround time.

If an order is approved by 9:30 AM PST it should go into production that day and be completed by the end of the following day.

Orders approved past the 9:30 AM PST daily cut-off time will go into production the next day.
​
For example if an order is approved before 9:30am PST on Monday it should be completed by end of day on Tuesday. If an order is approved after 9:30am PST on Monday it would go into production the next day (Tuesday) and be completed by end of day on Wednesday.

Larger orders, depending on the size and quantity, may have a longer production timelines and this will be calculated when you add an order to your shopping cart. In general orders under 1,000 stickers should be completed in 1 business day.

If you have requested an Online PDF Proof, this needs to be approved by 9:30 AM PST for the order to go into production. All online PDF proofs are created manually by our Prepress Team, as such we highly recommend to have your files uploaded to your order no later than 9:00 AM PST to allow enough time for you to receive, review and approve your proof.

Pickup

We offer pickup at both our Richmond British Columbia and Toronto Ontario offices. If you place a sticker order for pickup at one of these office you will receive an email pickup notification once the order is complete and ready for pickup.

Shipping

Delivery time is not included in your production timeline; and delivery times will vary by location and shipping service selected.
