All PDF proofs are emailed to the registered email in your Jukebox account. The email will include a direct link to your Customer Account Center which will require you to log in before you can access your PDF proof.
Once in your Customer Account Center:
- Click on Print Orders: Current
- Find your order - the status should indicate Awaiting Customer's Approval
- Download your PDF proof by clicking on the pink Download button
- When you are ready to approve your proof, click on the green Approve Proof button
As a reminder, only orders placed with proofing type, 'Online PDF Proof', will be sent a proof and be required to approve the proof. After approval, you will not be able to make changes to your design or order details.
