How to Access a PDF Proof

All PDF proofs are emailed to the registered email in your Jukebox account. The email will include a direct link to your Customer Account Center which will require you to log in before you can access your PDF proof.

Once in your Customer Account Center:

  1. Click on Print Orders: Current 
  2. Find your order - the status should indicate Awaiting Customer's Approval
  3. Download your PDF proof by clicking on the pink Download button
  4. When you are ready to approve your proof, click on the green Approve Proof button

As a reminder, only orders placed with proofing type, 'Online PDF Proof', will be sent a proof and be required to approve the proof. After approval, you will not be able to make changes to your design or order details.
