The colors in the proof look different

If the color in your proof looks different to the supplied files, this can be for several reasons.

Please check the files you supplied for:

Your Online PDF proof shows a closer representation to print output (than the uploaded file). However it is still just a representation, color shift of up to 10% may occur between print runs, and finished print color will differ from screen display color.

A special note about our Online Creator

The Online Creator works in RGB colors (light emitting objects such as your screen). To print your design, all RGB colors are translated into CMYK colors (for light absorbing objects such as print).

The proof you have been sent has been converted to CMYK color mode. This is the reason some colors may appear different in the PDF proof.
