The colours in the proof look different

If the colour in your proof looks different to the supplied files, this can be for several reasons.

Please check the files you supplied for:

Your Online PDF proof shows a closer representation to print output (than the uploaded file). However it is still just a representation, colour shift of up to 10% may occur between print runs, and finished print colour will differ from screen display colour.

A special note about our Online Creator

The Online Creator works in RGB colours (light emitting objects such as your screen). To print your design, all RGB colours are translated into CMYK colours (for light absorbing objects such as print).

The proof you have been sent has been converted to CMYK colour mode. This is the reason some colours may appear different in the PDF proof.
