We offer the option to check out as a guest, so you are not required to create an account when placing an order or ordering a sample pack. Keep in mind that the creation of an account is free and comes with a number of benefits.
Full accounts have a Customer Account Center which will store your order history (and PDF proofs), creator designs, in-store credits, and quotes. With a full account, you'll also be able to monitor current orders, manage shipping addresses, save items to your cart for later purchase, store credit cards, and easily re-order previous jobs.
Multiple Account Users
If multiple employees will be placing orders for your company, we recommend registering for one account only. Use a general email address that can be easily accessed as the email address associated with the account will receive all communication regarding orders. This includes invoices, online PDF proofs, pickup / shipping notifications and more.
After creating your account, 3 additional emails can be added to the account as a CC. You can do this in your Customer Account Center: Account Settings / Profile Details / CC Emails.
With a guest account, you will not have access to any of the features above. You will still receive emails for order statuses but will not have a central page to continue to monitor your order. You will also need to enter your billing and shipping information for every new order.
If you choose to register your email at a later date, you will be prompted to verify your email. Once verified, you'll have full access to the Customer Account Center, including previous orders that were placed under that email address.
