Waiting for Customer Files

Your order has been placed and payment received however artwork files have not been uploaded to your order.

File Uploaded

Your files have been received and will be reviewed and prepared for proofing and production soon.

Your re-submitted files have been received and will be reviewed for proofing soon.

Awaiting Customer Approval

Your order has been proofed and we are waiting for Approval from you to print your order.

Proof Accepted

Your order will go to print and production very soon! No changes can be made to your order at this stage.


How exciting! Your order is being printed and produced.


Trimming or any specialty finish is being applied to your card (including folding, die-cutting, stapling).


Your order is almost ready...

Shipping / Ready for pickup

Yay! Your order is ready and on it's way to you (or ready for pickup if you chose that option when ordering).

Production times vary for each product and estimated turnaround times will be displayed when placing your order, before checkout. Jukebox Print does everything possible to complete orders as quickly as possible, however sometimes an order may be delayed due to press error or placed on re-print for not meeting our high quality control standards.

All turnaround times are estimates only and based on full business days from when the customer approves the proof. You can check on the status of your order at any time by logging in to the accounts section of our website.
