Waiting for Customer Files
You have successfully placed and paid for your order, but have not attached and uploaded artwork file(s). See: How do I supply files for my print order?
File Attached, Not Uploaded
You attached your artwork file(s), but have not finished uploading them to your order. If you are finished attaching all your files, click on the green Finish button to complete the File Upload process.
You uploaded your artwork file(s) and your order is in the queue to be reviewed for proofing by our Prepress team.
Our Prepress team has detected one or more issues with your file(s) that deem them unprintable or unable to be produced with satisfactory results. To proceed, log in to your Customer Account Center, read the File Error message(s), correct the error(s), and re-upload new file(s). Once we receive your new file(s), your order will return to the File Uploaded status. See: What is a File Error?
Awaiting Your Approval
Our Prepress team has prepared your PDF proof, and emailed it to you for review and approval. To proceed, download and check your PDF proof from your Customer Account Center, and then click on the green Approve Proof button. See: Approving a PDF Proof
You approved your PDF proof and gave us the green light to start production (unless you have chosen Run As Is, your order went from File Upload and straight to Production). Your order is going through the necessary production stages in order to complete the product you've ordered.
The estimated completion date will be displayed and if you selected shipping with a tracking service, then this date will be displayed instead. When your order is in this status, you cannot make any changes or cancel your order.
Waiting for Group Shipment
You have selected Group Ship for your orders which means that you have saved on shipping costs and we will ship your orders in one shipment. With this service, your orders will only ship when all orders have completed production. If an order is in this status, it means that it has completed production and waiting for other orders in the same shipment to be completed.
Ready for Pickup
Your order is complete and is ready for pickup at the location you've chosen. See: What are you hours of operation?
Your order is complete and has been shipped via the shipping method you selected. It is either in transit (on its way to you) or has been received by you. See: How long does shipping take?
Order Picked Up
Your order has been produced and you have picked it up at one of our locations.
Your order has been produced and has been delivered as specified in the tracking information provided (given that tracking is available with the shipping method you selected).
