Fonts can cause problems when sending artwork to press. If you've used a typeface that Jukebox Print doesn't have, the document will not print correctly.
This is why you should convert the text in your artwork to outlines (or paths). This effectively means that the text is no longer text - it has become a graphic, and cannot be altered as text. The text will become vector graphics and can be edited as such. This helps avoid issues in printing your files.
To convert text to outlines in Adobe Illustrator, choose Select > Select All. Select Type > Create Outlines from the menu.
