File Uploaded Does Not Match Order Error

If you have received this error message, it likely means that the artwork you have uploaded is for a different product than you have ordered.

For example, if you ordered circular stickers but the artwork provided is for brochures.

If you have placed multiple orders for different products, please ensure you are uploading the correct artwork to each order. You can review the files uploaded to each order by clicking the Current Orders tab under your Account Centre. 

Please re-upload files that match the product for your order.
