Your payment is taken when you fill out the payment details and hit submit. If you wish to cancel your order, your payment can be voided if you contact our Customer Service Team by phone to cancel within the same business day the order was placed. If you wish to cancel after this time, the refund will be less a 5% transaction fee to cover the merchant charges. An in store credit of the full amount is another option to avoid transaction fees.
Having your specific design printed is a very customized product that cannot be re-used or returned, therefore if your order has already entered production you will NOT be able to cancel the order, change the artwork or modify the order details.
