This article is an overview of the terms and conditions relating to sales. Please note that this includes general information and does not cover the full terms. We recommend reading the full terms and conditions prior to ordering, which can be found linked at the bottom of this article.
We offer sales every month as part of our monthly sale page, as well as other specials from time to time. All sale items have a file upload and proof approval deadline of 7 days following the end of the sale (e.g. A January sale item will have a file upload deadline of February 7th).
If you have not uploaded files or approved a proof within this time, your order will be placed on hold until payment for the full price is received. If a refund is requested at this time, transaction fees will apply. In-store credit will also be available in the place of a refund.
The sale price cannot be combined with any further discount. That means you cannot use a promotional discount code on a sale item, and will not receive a loyalty discount level on any sale items. The details of a sale item cannot be modified in any way - if any modification to the order details is requested (including a rush service) the full price plus any additional cost will need to be paid.
