We offer the option to keep an in-store credit when cancelling or modifying an order. This can be chosen in place of a refund to avoid transaction fees. In-store credit may also be offered as compensation for print errors or production delays in some cases.
In-store credits are issued in the form of a promo code. The promo code will be sent with an expiry date - the value of an in store credit is valid for a maximum of one year.
