Do I need to do anything?

If you have an existing Jukebox account, you will need to migrate it over to our new system. Account migration is a quick and one-time process that transfers some data from your old account into your new one. To complete the migration process, you will need to confirm the following information upon logging into your new account:

  1. Password
  2. Contact information 
  3. Address 

What data will be transferred to my new account?

  • History of Completed Orders
  • Rewards and promo codes
  • Saved Creator Designs, for download only
