What happens to my current orders?

After you have successfully migrated your Jukebox account, your existing (paid) orders will be transferred over and be available in the Current Orders section of your Customer Account Center.

Orders in Production (has been 'Proof Accepted')

All approved orders will not be interrupted and will continue the production process through completion. You will receive regular status emails; and we will email you once it is ready for pickup or ready to ship.

Orders Without Approved Artwork Files 

Orders without an approved proof (has not been 'Proof Accepted') will be transferred over and assigned a new seven digit order number in our new system. These include orders in the following statuses:

  • Waiting for Customer Files
  • File Uploaded
  • File Re-Uploaded
  • File Error
  • Awaiting Customer's Approval
