Files can only be uploaded to paid print orders. After you pay for your print order, you will be prompted to attach and upload your print-ready files (this is the very last step of our order process).
File Upload Process
Uploading files to your order is always a two-step process:
- Attach Files - at this step, make sure to upload all your files. We accept multiple files; however, you'll need to attach them one at a time.
- Upload File(s) - when you're finished attaching all your files, finish this step by click on the Upload File(s) button
How to Upload More Files
If you didn't attach all your files and clicked on the Upload File(s) button immediately after attaching your first file, call our Customer Service team at 1.888.667.0067 and we'll be happy to assist you in attaching the remainder of your files!
We'll simply change the status of your order, so you can proceed with the file upload process again.
Uploading at a Later Date
If you missed the File Upload step or would like to upload at a later date, you can easily do this in your Customer Account Center: Current orders by doing the following:
- Log in to your Jukebox account
- Click on Print Orders > Current
- Follow File Upload Process, as explained above
