I mistakenly approved my proof

By approving your proof, you give us consent to start production of your order. This means that you have carefully reviewed all details (e.g. spelling, type size, colors, image quality, etc.), front and back, and that you agree for us to print your order based on the proof we sent.

Production can begin anytime after you approve your proof. We may print immediately after (like for Same Day Service orders) or a few business hours after. That said, if you accidentally approve your proof, there is no guarantee that we can halt production and make any changes.

In cases where you mistakenly approved your proof, please contact our Customer Service team right away by phone or email. Again, we cannot promise that changes can still be done. Further, please note that you may incur additional fees if changes can still be made post-proof approval.
