Step 1:
Prepare a spreadsheet that includes all of the information. Your spreadsheet must include a header row indicating what information is in each column. If you are just providing codes or numbers, your spreadsheet will likely only require one column.
If you are providing information for wedding invitation envelopes, for example, your spreadsheet will require multiple columns. Make sure you have formatted your spreadsheet exactly how you require it to appear on the envelope as we do not manually modify the text you give us.
Step 2:
Once your spreadsheet is complete, you will need to save it as a CSV file. This is 1 of 2 files you will be attaching to your order.
Step 3:
You will need to prepare just one example of a print-ready file (your artwork file). Include an example of your design, including the dynamic content placed exactly where it needs to be printed. Do not convert your fonts to outlines because we need to know the font, text size, tracking, etc. that was used in your example.
Once you have finished your example file, save it as a PDF (include the bleed area). This will be file 2 of 2 you need to attach to your order.
