Say hello to color matching with Pantone colors! We now offer a large variety of Pantone colors for offset. This will be available on all of our uncoated and coated stocks such as all recycled papers, Cotton, and Pulp.
What are the benefits of Pantone colors?
Pantone, also referred to as Pantone Matching System or PMS, is a color matching system that offers an array of colors for consistent color matching on every single print run. This means that if your business cards are printed today using a unique PMS color, you can expect the exact same color output on a new batch a few months from now. Companies who have a range of printed collateral like business cards, letterheads, notepads, and flyers, and want to maintain brand recognition across all items are best suited to use Pantone colors.
Aside from common solid colors like PMS Reflex Blue, Pantone offers a comprehensive collection of other colors like metallic, pastel and neon. If your next project calls for any of these special colors, then Pantone is right for you.
TIP: Each PMS color has a unique number and is marked with "C" for coated or "U" for uncoated. PMS coated colors are for coated stocks that have either a matte or gloss finish. PMS uncoated colors are for uncoated stocks like Cotton and Pulp. It is particularly important to distinguish the difference as two Pantone colors may have the same PMS code but one is marked with C and the other with U, and this will have different printed results. When assigning a color to your design, make sure to choose the PMS code that is appropriate for the stock you choose.
