If my text is created in Photoshop, will it print crisp?

Updated over 5 years ago

Designs and text set up in Photoshop will print crisp if the file is set up correctly.

There are two important settings to check:

  1. The file should be at least 300ppi at actual size (100%). See: Image Quality

  2. Ensure that anti-aliasing is set to "Smooth". See: Anti-Aliasing

Please note we recommend your artwork be created in vector format for the best quality. A 300ppi raster image created in Photoshop will still not print as crisp as a vector image.
