Canceling your order

We understand that plans can change. At Jukebox, you can cancel your order anytime as long as it hasn't entered production. If you have uploaded a file and we are working on your order, you can still cancel it.

How to Cancel Your Order

  1. Log in to Your Account: Head to our website and log in to your account.

  2. Go to Current Orders: Navigate to the "Current Orders" section in your account settings.

  3. Find the Cancel Button: From the top bar menu, locate the "Cancel" button.

  4. Choose Your Refund Option: Once you click the cancel button, you'll have the option to either receive a full refund to your credit card or apply an in-store credit to your account.

If your order has already started production (proof approved), it cannot be canceled.
