Why is my tracking number not working?

Tracking numbers are assigned to shipping orders when packaging is completed.

The tracking number will not register until received and scanned by UPS or Canada Post. Your tracking number should be working by 4:00pm PST on the day it was dispatched.

If your tracking number is not working after 4:00pm please contact our Customer Service line.
