The hole size in our standard Door Hangers is 1.25 inches in diameter.

This is designed to fit the majority of door knobs and handles – however it might not be suitable for them all. If you are ordering Door Hangers for a Hotel (or somewhere where all of the door handles are the same) we recommend testing that the Door Hanger is suitable for the handles before ordering.
