Our proofing process allows you to check your artwork file/s one last time before you give us the green light to start production. Our Prepress team will review your artwork files and if they are print-ready (properly set up for print), they will prepare an Online PDF proof and upload it to your order for approval.

Before approving your Online PDF proof
We highly advise to download your Online PDF proof(s) on your computer and to thoroughly check them before clicking on the Approve Proof button. We also recommend viewing your proof at 100% as it will give you the best idea of how it will appear after it's printed. Scaling your proof will not be proportionate to the end product.
We suggest saving a copy of the Online PDF proof we send to you to maintain consistency and so you have a copy of it for future orders.
Approving your Online PDF proof
After you've properly checked your Online PDf proof, you may click on the green Approve Proof button in order to proceed to production. Please note that after approval, you will not be able to make changes to your design or order details.
We only accept proof approvals by clicking on the green Approve Proof button on your Customer Account Center: Current Orders to ensure that you have actually acknowledged the approval. We do not accept approval by email, online chat, phone or any other media.

Reminders
Only orders placed with proofing type, 'Online PDF Proof', will be sent a proof and be required to approve the proof.
A separate proof will be sent for every order placed. If you placed two different orders, you will receive two Online PDF proofs. Please ensure you are approving the correct proof and that you are approving all proofs as needed.
The customer is responsible for approving proofs in a timely manner. Your order will not move into production until the proof has been approved. This means that the production time will start after proof approval (usually the next business day).
