The only shipping services we offer that have a guaranteed delivery time frame are:
UPS Express
Canada Post Priority
If your UPS Express or Canada Post Priority order did not arrive on schedule please contact our Customer Service line and we will apply for a refund through the shipping supplier.
For other shipping services, unfortunately as the shipping supplier does not guarantee delivery time a refund cannot be issued. If you did not receive your shipment, please see: My order did not arrive.
