UPS Express offers a guaranteed timeline for shipping that is generally a next business day (overnight) shipping service to locations within North America. If your shipping location is very rural, your guaranteed shipping timeline may be more than one business day. UPS Express deliveries will usually come with a guaranteed delivery attempt by 12noon local time. For some addresses the guaranteed delivery time will be "by end of day" - If it is critical for your package to arrive by noon please call our shipping department to see if this is available with UPS Express to your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information to follow on UPS - this will also let you know your guaranteed timeline for delivery date, and time of day for the delivery to be made. If the time and date listed on your tracking is not met, you can contact us to file a claim with UPS on your behalf.
