Our proofing process is an essential step in ensuring the quality of your order. It allows you to review your artwork files and ensure they are print-ready before giving us the approval to start production. Our Prepress team will conduct a review of your artwork files and if they meet our print-ready standards, they will prepare an Online PDF proof and upload it to your order for approval.
Before giving your final approval, we highly recommend downloading your Online PDF proof(s) on your computer and carefully reviewing them. It is also best to view your proof at 100% as it will provide you with an accurate representation of how your artwork will look after printing. Scaling your proof will not be proportional to the final product. We recommend saving a copy of the Online PDF proof we send you for future reference and consistency.
To approve your Online PDF proof, simply click on the green "Approve Proof" button on your Customer Account Center: Current Orders. Please keep in mind that once you approve your proof, you will not be able to make changes to your design or order details.
Please note that we only accept proof approvals through the Approve Proof button on your Customer Account Center: Current Orders. We do not accept approvals through email, online chat, phone, or any other media.
It is important to remember that only orders placed with the "Online PDF Proof" proofing type will receive a proof and be required to approve it. A separate proof will be sent for every order placed, and if you placed two different orders, you will receive two Online PDF proofs. Please ensure that you are approving the correct proof(s) and that you are approving all proofs as needed.
Lastly, it is the customer's responsibility to approve proofs in a timely manner. Your order will not move into production until the proof has been approved. This means that the production time will begin after proof approval.
