An invoice will be automatically emailed to you when your order is processed. If you didn’t receive your email invoice, firstly check your spam / junk email folder.
If you still cannot locate the email invoice – log in to your account on our website and select “Current Orders”. Your current orders will be displayed here – you can click “View Invoice” to view the invoice.
If this resolved your issue, you may have provided an incorrect email address – please check your Account Settings and confirm your email address. It is very important that you receive notifications about your print order via email.
If you still cannot locate your invoice, there are several possible explanations – such as the payment did not process or an incorrect email address. Please contact our Customer Service team so we can help you out.
